I. Scope of application
Suitable for lighting equipment, low voltage electrical appliances, household appliances, machine tools, electrical appliances, electric tools, electronic instruments, electrical instruments, electrical connectors and accessories and other electrical and electronic products and their components research, production and quality inspection departments, but also suitable for insulating materials, engineering plastics or other solid combustible materials industry. III. Test methods
The horizontal and vertical combustion test mainly refers to UL 94-2006, IEC 60695 -11-4, IEC 60695-11-3, GB/T5169-2008 series standards, etc. Bunsen burner of specified size and specific gas source (methane or propane) are adopted. The horizontal or vertical samples are burned several times at fixed time according to certain flame height and certain flame application angle. The flammability and fire hazard performance are evaluated according to the duration of ignition combustion and hot combustion of the sample and the length of the sample after the combustion afterflame is extinguished.
This model adopts PLC+ color LCD touch screen control, the operation interface is beautiful and easy to understand, and equipped with test data printer, which can print out the test conditions and test results for easy recording of test results. nbsp;
